About aq88 — Bangladesh's Trusted Casino and Sports Betting Platform

Our Mission

aq88 was created with a single goal in mind: to give Bangladeshi players a premium online gaming destination that actually understands them. From the payment methods people use every day — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — to the sports Bangladeshis are passionate about, especially cricket, every decision made at aq88 starts with the player experience. We are not a generic global casino that has bolted on a Bangladesh payment option. We are a platform that was shaped from day one around the needs, preferences, and habits of players in this market.

That philosophy runs through everything we do — the games we choose to host, the bonuses we design, the limits we set to protect players, and the support team we staff 24 hours a day. aq88 is built to be the platform that players in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Cox's Bazar trust and return to — not because there is no other choice, but because we genuinely earn that trust with every interaction.

aq88 by the Numbers

Behind those numbers is a curated selection: every game on aq88 has been chosen for its quality, fairness, and proven popularity with players. Our live casino library is sourced from the world's leading studios — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi — so players are always getting the same certified experience found on the world's top-tier platforms, delivered directly to their mobile screen in Bangladesh.

Who We Serve

aq88 serves adult players aged 21 and above across Bangladesh. Our core audience is mobile-first: people who manage their finances on bKash, follow the Bangladesh Tigers on their phones, and want the convenience of placing a live cricket bet or spinning a slot during a lunch break in Gulshan, a tea break in Sylhet, or an evening at home in Mirpur. We have designed every part of the experience for this reality — low minimum deposits from ৳100, fast bKash withdrawals, mobile-optimised game interfaces, and Bengali-friendly customer support.

We also serve players who are looking for a platform they can genuinely trust. Bangladesh's online gaming space has had its share of unreliable operators. aq88 differentiates itself through consistent, fast payouts — particularly to bKash and Nagad — clear bonus terms written in plain language, and a support team that resolves issues in real time rather than leaving players waiting on email queues. Our reputation is built player by player, payout by payout, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our Core Values

Five principles guide every product, operational, and service decision at aq88.

What aq88 Offers

The aq88 platform brings together six core product categories, each built to the same standard of quality and localisation that defines the brand.

Our Journey

aq88 has grown steadily since its founding, driven by player feedback and a commitment to continually raising the bar on what a Bangladesh-focused gaming platform can be.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

aq88 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We take our responsibility to protect players seriously. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options all accessible from within your account settings without needing to contact support. If at any point gaming stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling like a problem, we encourage players to use these tools immediately or reach out to the aq88 24/7 live chat team for assistance.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on aq88. Age verification is required at registration, and additional document verification may be requested at any time. We cooperate fully with responsible gaming initiatives and encourage players who feel gambling may be becoming a problem to seek help from independent support organisations. Play responsibly, and only bet what you can afford to lose.
